Chris Mayfield is the CEO of Mayfield Consulting and Logistics Solutions (MCLS). A South Carolina native who spent the majority of his 30-year U.S. Navy career in Virginia, Chris brings deep experience in operational logistics, supply chain execution, and financial management across shipboard and shore environments.
He began his career as an enlisted Storekeeper before commissioning as a Supply Corps Officer through the Limited Duty Officer program. Over the course of his service, he completed tours on five U.S. Navy ships and held assignments across multiple shore commands, culminating as Chief of Staff at DLA Distribution Norfolk.
Following retirement from the Navy, Chris served as a Program Manager and Financial Subject Matter Expert at Ironclad Technology Services, managing contracts supporting U.S. Fleet Forces, Pacific Commander Comptroller organizations, Type Commanders, and U.S. Naval Reserve Forces. He later joined One Network Enterprises as Program Manager supporting the Navy Operational Supply System (NOSS). His background includes Agile delivery for enterprise solutions, clear requirements documentation, and end-to-end execution for logistics and financial posting workflows.

Sharon Kay Mayfield is the Co-Founder of Mayfield Consulting and Logistics Solutions (MCLS). Originally from Kansas City and raised in Virginia, she brings a steady, service-driven approach to the firm’s operations and client experience.
Sharon built her professional foundation in the auto insurance industry, where she developed strengths in customer advocacy, process navigation, and resolving complex issues with clarity and care. She later applied those same strengths to the demanding logistics of military life—managing frequent transitions, long deployments, and the day-to-day realities that require resilience and strong organization.
At MCLS, Sharon is the operational backbone of the company—supporting internal coordination, responsiveness, and consistency across projects. She is known for follow-through, integrity, and creating a culture where clients and teammates feel supported and taken care of.
